Ingredients

cheap steak or roast*
chopped into chunks

beef broth

8 ounce can tomato sauce

minced garlic

Instructions
Place the steak and yellow onion in the crock pot.
In a small bowl mix mix the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is falling apart.
Serve over rice and top with red onion and cilantro.
